•Oversee financial, regulatory reporting and statutory compliance, ensuring timely IFRS/local GAAP statements and coordination with regulators/auditors.
•Manage controls, risk, and compliance: monitor outcomes, remediate deficiencies, and coordinate with Internal Audit, Legal, Compliance and Risk.
•Lead issue management: prioritize, escalate, and close issues with cross-functional teams and track resolution timelines.
•Drive Controllership CoE leadership: standardize processes, coach teams, and push for automation and continuous improvement.
