Job Summary

Support industrial construction projects by capturing and verifying accurate field progress data, validating quantities, and checking work against approved plans and schedule baselines. Track KPIs for productivity, schedule adherence, cost drivers, and field resource utilization, analyze variances, and surface risks for linear pipeline work. Produce weekly/monthly consolidated performance reports, maintain traceable logs, and coordinate with supervisors and project controls teams using Primavera P6, Oracle, PowerBI, SharePoint, and Data Lakehouse.

•Use digital tools and mobile applications to input, verify, and maintain construction progress data across project disciplines.
•Validate quantity installation data and field delivery reporting for accuracy and compliance.
•Verify construction progress against approved plans, work packages, and schedule baselines.
•Track and analyze KPIs (productivity, schedule adherence, cost drivers, resource utilization) to identify trends, variances, and emerging issues.
•Produce weekly and monthly consolidated field performance reports and maintain traceable logs of activities, issues, risks, changes, and resolutions.

Key Requirements

•3–6 years of experience supporting industrial construction projects (pipeline experience strongly preferred).
•Experience with construction progress tracking, project delivery verification, or project controls functions for linear construction, spreads, and/or right-of-way work.
•Use digital tools and mobile applications to capture, verify, and maintain accurate construction progress data.
•Proficiency in data reporting systems and strong analytical skills to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint, with exposure to PowerBI considered an asset.
