Workplace Experience Manager

Lead workplace operations for the New York office, ensuring facilities, front-of-house, shipping/receiving, events support, and employee health and safety run smoothly. Partner with site and cross-functional leaders to anticipate business needs, monitor service levels and utilization, resolve root causes, and drive continuous improvement. Own the local opex budget with finance partners and ensure workplace programs, standards, and policies are executed consistently while maintaining global alignment.
