Key Responsibilities

•Serve as Client Lead for selected projects.
•Deliver client work for 2–3 agency clients, including healthcare communications: writing, media outreach, event organization, client recommendations, budgeting/valuation, and subcontractor coordination.
•Create reports and analyze data.
•Contribute to development of communication strategies.
•Prepare tender offers and support business development; build relationships with journalists, opinion leaders, influencers, and public-sector/industry stakeholders.

Salary: PLN 8,500 - 11,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Experience in communications / public relations (3–4 years for Senior Account Executive; 5+ years for Account Manager/Associate).
•Experience leading communications for at least one of: healthcare, energy.
•Strong knowledge of the media market, especially business-focused media.
•Experience creating media content (traditional and online).
•Very good English (minimum B2) and strong analytical thinking; initiative and excellent Polish writing.
