Sr. Prinicipal Software Engineer

Lead the design, development, and operation of UiPath's AI-driven orchestration backend, building scalable distributed systems that enable agents, robots, and human-in-the-loop workflows. You will write production-grade C# code, leverage AI coding assistants, own critical components, and participate in occasional on-call rotations to ensure reliability. Collaborate with product and customer teams to translate needs into robust technical solutions, mentor junior engineers, and help scale the platform as UiPath expands its Act 2 strategy.
