Provide timely, accurate client transactions while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support the sales process through outbound calling, identifying client needs and offers, and referring clients to appropriate teams. Play a key role in Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution while adhering to controls and risk policies.
