Dealership Controller - Dyer & Dyer Volvo

Oversee all dealership accounting operations for Dyer & Dyer Volvo, serving as the key finance business partner to the General Manager under the Regional Controller. Maintain accurate accounting records, internal controls, and timely monthly reporting, reconciliations, and balance sheet audits. Recruit, supervise, and develop office personnel while supporting forecasting and budgeting efforts to control expenses and improve departmental performance.
