Key Responsibilities

•Own our high velocity sales funnel and ensure a seamless customer journey for Business Owners.
•Partner across CX, Sales and Partnerships to deliver a world-class experience for our customers.
•Become a product expert and help Business Owners use Kick effectively; assist prospects through the trial and evaluation phase.
•Design repeatable processes across the customer journey from the introduction call to the handoff to CX.
•Track and optimize key metrics like conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline growth; act as the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering and AI teams.

Key Requirements

•3-5+ years track record of meeting & exceeding SaaS sales quota targets.
•Extraordinary written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
•Ambition to shape a team, mentoring teammates and build a best-in-class GTM organization.
•Ability to own a fast-paced sales process and drive pipeline growth.
•Bonus: founder experience or advanced business qualifications (MBA/CPA)
