Fraud Team Manager, English & Spanish Speaking

Lead a new Spanish-speaking Fraud team within the EU Fraud Customer Operations function. Manage 10–12 Fraud Investigators through coaching, quality checks, performance management, and employee relations decisions. Run regular 1:1 and team meetings, consolidate feedback to improve fraud processes and tooling, and partner with EU senior managers and operations analysts to scale the team from scratch. Fluent English and Spanish are required.
