Job Summary

Lead and oversee capital investment and lean manufacturing upgrade projects in Jiangyin, driving production improvements and automation initiatives. Manage installation, commissioning and acceptance of key equipment; drive EPD product launches through the full production workflow; collaborate with BU BFB facilities and OD on cross-site projects to standardize equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage Jiangyin’s running projects covering capital investment, EPD and lean manufacturing upgrade
•Benchmark against current performance and rethink established practices to propose improvement roadmaps
•In charge of investment projects including footprint planning and capital investment, and oversee installation, commissioning and acceptance of core equipment
•Lead the launch of EPD products, covering the full production workflow from pressing to brazing
•Restructure, improve and optimize existing production processes in line with lean manufacturing principles, such as equipment automation, layout rearrangement and process reengineering to boost production efficiency

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or automation engineering or related field; major in these areas preferred
•Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management within a manufacturing company
•Strong communication and negotiation skills; proficient in written and spoken English at negotiation level
•Relevant project management experience and engineering background; automation experience or Industry 4.0 exposure is a plus
•Lean Six Sigma GB/BB certification is a plus
