Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct repair of molding machines and automated equipment, and lead departmental safety efforts.
  • •Schedule preventative maintenance and coordinate equipment upgrades, retrofits, and extended downtime tasks.
  • •Coordinate with production to maximize machine uptime when machines are not scheduled for maintenance.
  • •Ensure spare parts availability, plan repairs and upgrades, and follow up to complete tasks efficiently and to standard.
  • •Monitor and close out work orders in JDE PM and Asset Essentials, and manage equipment control when safety or rapid deterioration risks arise.
