Job Summary

Drive Workday HCM sales as part of the ASEAN presales team by partnering with Account Executives on discovery, requirements workshops, and executive-ready presentations. Use your Human Capital Management expertise to craft differentiating value propositions, lead RFP/RFI responses, and deliver product demonstrations that map customer initiatives to Workday solutions—building trusted-advisor relationships with decision-makers.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Account Executives across the sales cycle, engaging in discovery and delivering presentations and product demonstrations.
•Run discovery workshops to formulate and detail business requirements, business processes, procedures, and work practices.
•Develop value propositions and messaging with Sales to differentiate Workday solutions for customer needs.
•Lead RFP/RFI responses and create solution overviews mapping customer initiatives to Workday.
•Build trusted-advisor relationships and research Workday advantages over legacy ERP and other SaaS systems.

Key Requirements

•Experience in presales, services consulting, or other technical roles.
•Experience in HCM systems and/or processes.
•Strong understanding of HR management functional areas such as Talent Acquisition and Management, Performance Management, Benefits, and Compensation.
•Knowledge in one or more of: Workforce Planning, Time Tracking, Employee Engagement, and Experience (plus).
•Dynamic presentation and influencing skills with a C-level HR leadership audience.
