Job Summary

Manage finished-goods inventory by ensuring inventory accuracy through daily verification, reconciliation of receiving/purchasing documentation, and weekly/quarterly inventory counts. Post deliveries in the company ERP system, report quality issues, shortages, and daily material movement, and help maintain min/max supply levels. Implement FIFO, identify slow-moving/obsolete inventory, and coordinate with production, accounting, operations, and loadout teams to keep inventory and yard storage processes streamlined.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain inventory control for finished goods, ensuring inventory accuracy through daily verification.
•Report quality issues, shortages, and daily material movement to accounting to reflect production usage.
•Complete weekly counts and conduct quarterly inventories with attention to detail and accuracy.
•Reconcile receiving/purchasing documentation and distribute verified documentation to accounting/purchasing.
•Ensure deliveries are properly received and posted in the company ERP system, implement FIFO, and coordinate with plant teams to support continuous, streamlined processes.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED (or equivalent training, experience, and education).
•2+ years of experience in manufacturing.
•Strong communication skills verbally, in writing, and in-person/over the phone.
•Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skills with analytical ability to gather data and report findings.
•Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
