Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain inventory control for finished goods, ensuring inventory accuracy through daily verification.
  • •Report quality issues, shortages, and daily material movement to accounting to reflect production usage.
  • •Complete weekly counts and conduct quarterly inventories with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • •Reconcile receiving/purchasing documentation and distribute verified documentation to accounting/purchasing.
  • •Ensure deliveries are properly received and posted in the company ERP system, implement FIFO, and coordinate with plant teams to support continuous, streamlined processes.
