Key Responsibilities

  • •Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
  • •Opens and maintains consumer and business accounts, IRAs, certificates of deposit, and consumer credit cards.
  • •Performs Teller duties including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accurate handling of currency and coin.
  • •Holds financial conversations with clients and prospects to determine needs and provide appropriate solutions, including processing new consumer loan requests as needed.
  • •Identifies and documents referral opportunities to other lines of business using 360 View and completes work accurately with minimal errors.
