Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing international field organization, including Regional Asset Protection Managers and supporting Asset Protection and Safety resources across multiple countries.
  • •Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and care that supports safety, team engagement, and business performance.
  • •Lead ALO’s international Asset Protection & Safety strategy across External Risk, Internal Integrity, Operational Excellence, and People Protection.
  • •Develop proactive strategies to deter and respond to external theft and organized retail crime.
  • •Lead internal investigations with discretion and cultural sensitivity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
  • •Fifteen or more years of progressive leadership experience with international scope.
  • •Proven success building scalable protection and safety programs.
  • •Experience overseeing investigations, audits, crisis response, and business continuity.
  • •Strong understanding of international retail risk and safety governance.
