Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training; maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other assets
  • •Manage fulfillment of customer orders in a warehouse environment and ensure proper handling of inventory while maintaining quality
  • •Lead Operations Associates during shifts, ensuring safety and productivity and serving as the point of escalation for daily operations
  • •Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen, assist with day-to-day tasks, and set a professional, respectful example for the team
  • •Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience and help improve overall operations

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (a college diploma is preferred but not required)
