Key Responsibilities

  • •Build integration plans and communicate status and priority across SPE teams and external partners, assessing risks and creating mitigation plans.
  • •Lead the project lifecycle from requirements through chip design and firmware to MP, including quality and yield improvement plans.
  • •Manage bugs prioritization and transfer knowledge to the SPE group to ensure continued progress.
  • •Collaborate with development teams to improve environments, automation, and risk mitigations to reduce project risks.
  • •Coordinate with PM for schedule tracking, modifications, and reporting to high-level management.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc or MSc in Electrical or Systems Engineering
  • •10+ years of proven experience
  • •Hands-on integration capabilities with extensive electronic knowledge, production and testing process know-how
  • •Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers
  • •Strong self-management, proactive mindset, good interpersonal skills, multitasking and organization
