Job Summary

Lead SAP enterprise architecture for SAP S/4HANA and adjacent platforms, defining strategy, standards and governance. Drive ECC to S/4HANA migrations, optimize end-to-end processes (O2C, R2D, SCM, P2P, S2P), and shape roadmaps for digital experiences and commerce. Mentor Solution Architects, coordinate with external partners, and ensure scalable, high-performance integrations across global functions.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and evolve the multi-platform enterprise architecture strategy, aligning with business and IT objectives across multiple functions.
•Lead SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations and optimization initiatives, ensuring seamless transformation and minimal business disruption.
•Experience in leading and transforming business processes like O2C, R2D, SCM, P2P, S2P in S/4 Hana.
•Set the target architecture for digital experience and commerce platforms, ensuring robust integration and high performance.
•Shape solution roadmaps for enterprise functions, driving harmonization and service improvement.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in SAP and enterprise architecture leadership
•Proven experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA architecture, end-to-end migration programs, and post-merger integrations
•Experience transforming business processes (O2C, R2D, SCM, P2P, S2P) in S/4HANA
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science/engineering or related field
•Proficiency with EA frameworks/tools (TOGAF, ArchiMate, Ardoq) and governance at scale
