  • •Track daily KPIs and coordinate across operations teams to maximize output and commercial availability of supply
  • •Establish relationships and motivate the operations team to work as one with the General Manager and co-located service team

  • •Build cross-functional relationships with remote assistance, technical program management, facilities, engineering, and other stakeholders to assess operational status and resource allocation
