Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Engineering, Product, Design, and stakeholders to structure and drive complex cross-team initiatives from design through launch.
  • •Build tracking, reporting, and escalation mechanisms that surface program risk and progress.
  • •Create processes to make launch readiness predictable, consistent, and coordinated across all cross-functional participants.
  • •Ask prioritization and scope questions to unblock async teams and provide the context they need.
  • •Map dependencies across projects and teams, identify bottlenecks early, and maintain transparency into goals, commitments, and delivery quality through clear written communication.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in technical program management for software, SaaS, or systems development environments.
  • •Lead large-scale, cross-team software delivery programs to successful completion.
  • •Comfort operating in a fully remote, async-first environment.
  • •Communicate clearly and quickly build credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
