Lead and develop the Arabic A curriculum across Primary and Secondary, ensuring high standards of teaching and student achievement. Coach and mentor Arabic A teaching staff, monitor student progress, and use assessment data to drive improvement. Own curriculum planning, assessment moderation, and quality assurance while ensuring compliance with KHDA and UAE Ministry of Education requirements. Promote Arabic language and UAE culture through initiatives, partnering with leadership on whole-school priorities.
