Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle pre- and post-contract duties including cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variations, and final accounts.
  • •Complete feasibility studies and write procurement reports.
  • •Produce and present final cost plans, and manage tendering activities including pre-qualification, tender lists, tender analysis, and tender reports.
  • •Perform timely and accurate cost checks and valuations, and produce monthly post-contract cost reports for client presentations.
  • •Interface with clients and consultants across all project stages, support cost variances and change control, and provide cost risk analysis and input into value engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Min. 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry with strong knowledge of construction and procurement methods.
  • •Technical knowledge of data centre or related facility asset types.
  • •Proven cost and/or commercial management experience, ideally within a consultancy environment.
  • •Experience using multiple estimating tools and applications, with strong spreadsheet and database skills.
  • •Good command of written and spoken German and English (strongly preferred) plus listening and communication skills.
