  • •Build and manage operating rhythm using OKRs, leadership updates, and decision tracking/accountability.
  • •Coordinate major cross-functional workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
  • •Prepare concise decision memos, board/leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
  • •Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early; support leadership trade-offs and own special projects requiring senior judgement.
