Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet and screen all persons entering or calling office buildings and provide requested information.
  • •Enforce company security and life safety policies and patrol facilities to provide physical security.
  • •Respond immediately to alarm notifications and emergencies (e.g., workplace violence, fires, medical emergencies, crimes in progress) and assist with emergency procedures.
  • •Write and manage incident/loss reports, conduct follow-up investigations (including reviewing documents/video and speaking with suspects/victims), and preserve evidence as needed.
  • •Maintain facilities access control via card-key systems and monitor electronic protection systems (alarms, CCTV, fire/elevator/intercom) including dispatching personnel as assigned.

Key Requirements
