Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead change and transformation workstreams, providing guidance to team members and client staff.
  • •Deliver key client work products including change strategies, communication and engagement plans, presentations, and reports.
  • •Design and facilitate client workshops and presentations.
  • •Manage client relationships and identify and realize business development opportunities.
  • •Lead or contribute to bid proposal preparation and internal programme advisory initiatives, including mentoring junior members and line managing junior staff where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on change management experience with a proven track record delivering tangible outcomes using business change methodologies.
  • •Experience in programme and project management in complex change environments with multiple workstreams.
  • •Strong expertise in Operating Model design and implementation and organisational design/development.
  • •Ability to design and facilitate client workshops, manage stakeholders in large organisations, and produce high-quality deliverables under challenging timescales.
  • •Ideally experience leading solution development for change and transformation projects, plus favourable change management qualifications (e.g., MSP, APMG Change Management, Prosci).
