Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for Coach. Build client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and meet individual and store KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations, and meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness and organization on the floor and in the stockroom.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and using basic computer tools such as iPad/laptop and Mobile POS.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks required for the sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally).
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred).
