Job Summary

Join a retail financial center team as a Personal Banker Associate I, completing a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service. Use a consultative sales approach and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, cross-sell retail consumer and small business solutions, and set appointments using CAMP and approved marketing tools. Partner with business teams (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) to deliver holistic financial solutions and help grow revenue and customer experience.

•Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities, including presentations and community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and help meet customer experience and production goals, supporting year-over-year revenue growth for the financial center.

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at the time of employment.
