Key Responsibilities

  • •Accomplish daily maintenance assignments as scheduled and as directed, performing timely, cost-efficient upkeep of the facility, equipment, and grounds.
  • •Provide on-site service and repair of equipment and meet at least 70% of Estimated Repair Times.
  • •Follow standard OSHA, EPA, and company safe practices on all work assignments.
  • •Troubleshoot issues and read electrical and mechanical drawings and technical manuals to complete repairs.

Salary: USD 18.89 - 26.44 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
  • •Must meet one requirement: 6 months First Solar manufacturing experience, or 6 months outside manufacturing/mechanical/agricultural experience, or military experience, or vocational high school graduate with no experience.
  • •Must pass a community college entrance exam and complete the manufacturing maintenance training program.
  • •Have verifiable technical skills/background and demonstrated troubleshooting ability.
  • •Ability to follow safe work practices and read electrical/mechanical drawings and technical manuals.
