Troubleshoot equipment issues, follow OSHA/EPA and company safe practices, and read electrical/mechanical drawings and technical manuals. Interface with other departments, manage waste generated from work, and complete the First Solar Maintenance Technician 1 training program. Training travel to another plant may be required if hired pre-plant start.
