Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience, or 8+ years in roles demonstrating exceptional product judgment (e.g., founder or early-stage operator).
  • •Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers, helping raise the bar for product judgment and execution.
  • •Deep fluency in generative media (video, image, audio, multimodal products) with strong opinions on durable shifts vs. novelty.
