•Lead the client-facing Acceptance Risk & Security Solutions Management team and deliver product leadership, deployment, and integration of risk and identity solutions.
•Define and execute the North America strategy and go-to-market vision for new acceptance risk and security solutions.
•Own and grow revenue performance for acceptance risk and identity solutions across the region.
•Build and maintain a pipeline of new revenue-generating solutions by partnering with global teams and external providers.
•Represent Visa’s acceptance risk and security vision to clients, partners, and executive audiences while partnering to develop and scale best practices across North America.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree, or 5+ years with a PhD.
•Deep expertise in fraud, risk, and identity solutions across the acceptance ecosystem (merchants, acquirers, payfacs, platforms).
•10+ years of experience in product management and/or product-led sales within the risk and fraud domain.
•Proven ability to shape strategy while driving execution, with strong business acumen and project management skills.
•Ability to connect product, design, technology, and strategy to solve complex client problems, with strong commercial/contract/negotiation skills.
