Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the automation strategy for the manufacturing plant to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • •Provide hands-on installation, ongoing support, and troubleshooting for automatic material handling systems (AMHS/ASRS), robots, cobots, and manufacturing automations.
  • •Lead, support, and coordinate deployment of AGV/AMR systems to streamline plant logistics.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and implement automation solutions that comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •2–8 years of proven experience in engineering projects, plant automation, or maintenance (preferably in electronics component or automotive industry).
  • •Experience deploying and maintaining AGV/AMR systems.
  • •Strong people management abilities, with a history of guiding and nurturing high-performing teams.
  • •Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive approach to project management.
