Embed with Zendesk’s most strategic customers to deploy AI agents and LLM-powered workflows end to end. Own discovery, scoping, system design, and production rollout, while troubleshooting high-stakes technical escalations beyond standard support. Key Responsibilities

•Lead complex end-to-end deployments of Zendesk AI Agents and LLM-powered workflows, owning discovery through production rollout.
•Remove technical blockers and act as the final line of defense for complex escalations outside standard support or services.
•Design and code custom integrations and agentic solutions, including RAG architectures and legacy system integration.
•Configure and implement AI workflow components to ensure measurable ROI for customers.
•Bridge customer IT and Zendesk core Product/Engineering teams by turning customer friction into roadmap features.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience writing production-grade code.
•Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with Ruby or Java is a plus.
•Comfort working across the full stack, including React-based UIs and REST/GraphQL APIs.
•Deep understanding of the LLM ecosystem, including evaluating model performance and implementing enterprise AI guardrails.
•Ability to communicate complex architectural trade-offs to technical leadership and collaborate directly with customer developers.
