Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead discovery and customer advisory: stakeholder interviews, current-state assessment, use-case/KPI definition, and trusted advisor guidance up to CxO level.
  • •Set and deliver target-state data foundation architecture across Salesforce Data 360, Informatica IDMC, and MuleSoft, balancing platform-agnostic and Salesforce-native execution.
  • •Validate architecture decisions via scoped POCs and deliver governed, incremental capability/value each phase (no big-bang), embedding governance, quality, security, and privacy.
  • •Provide delivery oversight and risk governance across concurrent engagements, including exec buy-in, scope, and dependency management.
  • •Apply AI-augmented professional services delivery using AI tools, and build reusable capability-driven assets (prompt/skills/agents) with quality guardrails and measurable AI-acceleration targets.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of hands-on data experience (Senior Technical Architect) or 15+ years (Director) across data & analytics consulting, engineering, architecture, MDM, integration, and governance.
  • •Demonstrated delivery/leadership of enterprise data platform, MDM, integration, governance, or AI-readiness programs.
  • •Hands-on/deep expertise with one or more of Salesforce Data 360, Informatica IDMC, or MuleSoft.
  • •Strong command of data modeling (conceptual/logical/physical) and semantic/metadata modeling.
  • •Working-to-strong command of data governance, quality, security, and privacy (e.g., GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA) with executive-grade communication.
