Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with engineering and architects to design identity and security solutions aligned to enterprise architecture and business goals.
  • •Lead design, development, and implementation of modern software platforms, services, and security capabilities for enterprise scale transformation.
  • •Architect enterprise identity security frameworks for AI agents and non-human identities, including authentication, authorization, secrets management, token governance, lifecycle management, and policy enforcement.
  • •Establish machine identity governance and workload identity management standards, including credential security and privileged access controls across cloud, SaaS, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
  • •Identify and mitigate risks related to credential compromise, excessive privileges, unmanaged machine identities, orphaned service accounts, and unauthorized agent activity; communicate technical concepts to executives and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, platform engineering, identity engineering, security engineering, or related technical fields.
  • •Deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), CIAM, non-human identity (NHI), machine identity, workload identity, and privileged access management.
  • •Experience designing and implementing modern authentication and authorization architectures using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and token-based security for API security.
  • •Experience securing machine identities, service accounts, workload identities, cloud-native platforms, APIs, and distributed application ecosystems.
  • •Experience developing with Python and mastery of at least one additional modern programming language (plus AWS and Bash/Linux experience).
