Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead operational support, incident management, problem management, and project execution for MTB systems.
  • •Implement HOST automation for MTB new equipment integration and Auto Shell deployment.
  • •Design and set up new product process flows in the system and create global attribute documents.
  • •Coordinate A/T New MES system UAT with the site team and resolve system issues through troubleshooting and remedy tickets.
  • •Execute and manage ET (equipment tracking) and RMS (recipe management system), and support new tool system integration and user acceptance testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Leverage AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual touch points and improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • •Implement HOST automation solutions for MTB new equipment integration and Auto Shell deployment.
  • •Apply Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-assisted analytics to reduce MTB/PWF/TCP system issues.
  • •Develop AI-powered knowledge databases and intelligent support tools for faster issue resolution.
  • •Possess working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), including basic data querying, joins, and data manipulation, and apply data analysis skills to production/manufacturing data.
