Key Responsibilities

  • •Create customer loyalty through needs-based conversations to deliver a differentiated customer experience.
  • •Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services, including supporting other lines of business.
  • •Drive proactive sales conversations and prospecting, including outbound calling, teller interactions, and appointment setting.
  • •Uncover and provide solutions for lending needs and serve as a contact for customer problem resolution for deposits, credit, and other products.
  • •Perform teller/cash transactions, balance cash daily, and complete required training while adhering to BSA/AML and other policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Obtain or be able to obtain an NMLS registration.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
  • •Customer service experience required; ability to develop customer relationships and achieve sales/production goals.
  • •Proficiency in bank product and service knowledge; willingness to perform teller/cash handling.
  • •Previous cash handling or teller experience strongly preferred; lending experience preferred.
