Production Supervisor

Oversee the day-to-day production department across multiple departments and shifts, ensuring cost, profit, and production goals are met. Lead and motivate employees, coach and counsel team members, and manage training and development. Drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives, manage inventory, resolve operational issues, and maintain required reports and records while complying with UFP policies and applicable law.
