Branch Leader- Canton Crossing

Lead and manage all aspects of an assigned branch, driving performance through coaching, hiring, scheduling, and performance management. Drive business development and branch revenue across Small Business and Mass Affluent through face-to-face client appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management, and training completion, while partnering with IRM and operations to promote a One Team culture.
