Job Summary

Lead product marketing and storytelling from within the product and technology org, translating complex AI and clinical work into clear narratives for internal teams, customers, partners, and the market. Own portfolio-level positioning, build category-defining language for cardiac AI prevention, and turn product milestones into human and industry stories. Partner with executives on board materials and events, and create scalable storytelling standards plus external assets that help Sales and CS win and retain.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate what the technology org builds into narratives the rest of the organization and the market needs to understand, internally and publicly.
•Own product narrative from feature launches through portfolio-level positioning, ensuring consistency across audiences.
•Embed in the product and engineering process to understand what shipped, why it matters, who it helps, and its impact on the company.
•Champion cardiac AI prevention as a category by defining differentiated public storytelling, consistent language, and strong points of view.
•Develop external assets and arm Sales/CS with pitch materials, including launch announcements, thought leadership, release notes, battle cards, and demo scripts.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in product marketing, content strategy, or storytelling, with experience setting direction for a B2B brand.
•Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and simplify it for different audiences.
•Excellent editorial judgment and taste, with the ability to tailor messaging to sophisticated healthcare buyers.
•Proven ability to translate complex products into narratives that drive commercial outcomes like sales cycle and retention.
•Experience with category creation or major market repositioning, not just launching features.
