Job Summary

Lead hands-on UX/UI and website strategy for complex, content-rich client sites. Own discovery through interviews, audits, and research synthesis, then translate insights into information architecture, content strategy, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs. Present recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams, and serve as a senior creative voice in sales and thought leadership efforts across webinars, blogs, case studies, and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support project discovery, including interest-holder interviews and translating research into actionable design direction.
•Assess datasets and formulate recommendations balancing user and business goals, including conducting UX/content/design audits and synthesizing research and testing insights.
•Develop information architecture and content strategy, including navigation/sitemap strategy, content gap analysis, and defining tone/voice/taxonomies.
•Create UX/UI deliverables and strategy artifacts such as wireframes, page templates, interactive prototypes, full-fidelity visual comps, and responsive design systems/component libraries.
•Act as a senior creative voice in sales and marketing by contributing design and strategy perspective to proposals and thought leadership content.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 50 - 70 hourly

Key Requirements

•Senior-level, hands-on UX/UI design experience for complex, content-rich websites, with a portfolio showing discovery/strategy through high-fidelity visual design.
•Strong visual design craft including layout, typography, hierarchy, brand application, responsive design, and accessible UI patterns.
•Advanced Figma skills including prototyping, design systems, component workflows, and client-ready presentation files.
•Advanced knowledge of UX strategy, content strategy, information architecture, and content experience principles.
•Demonstrated experience in a creative agency environment with strong communication skills across designers, developers, and clients.
