Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership and enterprise accountability for packaging, processing, and manufacturing automation capabilities.
  • •Serve as subject matter expert for selecting, evaluating, and justifying packaging, processing, robotics, controls, and automation solutions.
  • •Lead governance of engineering standards, specifications, controls architecture, sanitary design practices, and equipment standardization across the manufacturing network.
  • •Oversee startup methodologies (commissioning, capability verification, equipment acceptance, and operational handoff) and manage automation troubleshooting and escalations.
  • •Direct long-range capital planning for packaging systems, processing platforms, robotics, controls, material handling, and connected manufacturing capabilities while developing and mentoring engineering talent.

Key Requirements
