You will maintain the Integrated Master Schedule, advise contractors on schedule structure, input current plans, and assess time/cost impacts of baselines, contributing to robust planning practices across multi-project programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to provide a robust schedule for sub-programme work scopes and ensure integration with the overall programme milestones.
•Provide advice to contractors on the structure and content of their schedules and input current schedule plans to support project controls.
•Produce schedule reports to communicate schedule status in line with client requirements.
•Assess the impacts (time and cost) of proposed baseline changes and input schedule impact assessments to eChange.
•Review PMIs and their implementation within contractor schedules and help develop planning best practices for the sub-programme.

Key Requirements

•P6 schedule development and administration, including detailed schedule development and schedule risk analysis under NEC
•Experience with airport/aviation projects and complex schedules in major international airport environments
•Ability to input and maintain current schedule plans and develop appropriate planning practices for sub-programmes
•Experience producing schedule reports and communicating status to clients
•Ability to assess time and cost impacts of proposed baseline changes and coordinate with subcontractors and clients
