Job Summary

Provide 24/7 enterprise network support across data centers and remote offices, owning complex networking escalations and severe incidents. Configure, troubleshoot, and remediate LAN/WAN environments using Cisco Catalyst/Nexus and routing/switching fundamentals (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN). Coordinate with ISPs, clients, and onsite technical teams, document incident evidence with RCA, and perform Cisco IOS/firmware upgrades to maintain secure, stable network operations.

•Advanced knowledge of ARP, MAC Address Table, VLAN, Spanning Tree Protocol, EtherChannel, Switch Stacking, HSRP/VRRP, ACLs, and NAT.
•Must have experience handling escalation and severity cases in enterprise network operations; CCNA or CCNP is an asset.
