Key Responsibilities

  • •Rotate across Banking & Payments, Trading, Investment Products, and Internal Products, shipping full-stack changes.
  • •Pick up well-scoped features and bugs and take them from ticket to production.
  • •Work closely with senior engineers to understand systems and trade-offs.
  • •Own small, well-defined domains end-to-end as you grow.
  • •Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and RFCs; improve systems and tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •0-2 years of experience in software development.
  • •Comfort working across the stack, including the frontend.
  • •Proficiency in at least one language; Go and TypeScript preferred.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and sound engineering judgement.
  • •Curiosity about how systems fit together and how the business makes money.
