Key Responsibilities

  • •Own CCR input data quality end-to-end, including sourcing, preparation, mapping, enrichment, and validation for trades, collateral, agreements/netting sets, counterparty reference data, and market data.
  • •Translate business outcomes into clear technical requirements such as definitions, assumptions, acceptance criteria, control totals, and signoffs.
  • •Design and run data controls for completeness, consistency, timeliness, reconciliation, and explainability of exposure movements.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to resolve breaks, agree on source of truth, and deliver modernization across microservices/Kafka/event-driven patterns with improved observability.
  • •Support production stability via incident triage, root-cause analysis, runbooks, cut-off management, and controlled releases, while applying AI/ML to automate analysis and improve proactive controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in risk/finance technology with data pipelines and controls across trade, reference, and market data.
  • •Working knowledge of CCR fundamentals (exposure/PFE, collateral/CSA terms, close-out netting, and trade → netting set → counterparty aggregation).
  • •Ability to clarify requirements with senior stakeholders and communicate decisions, assumptions, and impact in writing.
  • •Hands-on engineering with Java and/or Python, plus solid SQL and data analysis skills.
  • •Practical AI experience applied to workflows with human-in-the-loop validation, quality gates, evaluation metrics, and audit trails.
