Trainee Operations Management - Snead, AL

Support day-to-day production and operational performance as a developmental leadership trainee, using independent judgment and data analysis to find opportunities for improvement. Analyze performance results, troubleshoot operational issues, and recommend changes to safety, quality, yield, and efficiency. Partner cross-functionally with teams such as HR, Maintenance, FSQA, and Accounting, lead processes or teams as needed, and build capability for future supervisory roles.
