•Define and manage product roadmaps using Product Development Lifecycle Management frameworks, ensuring timely delivery and market readiness.
•Oversee lifecycle management and market readiness including opportunity assessment, value proposition creation, product/feature definition, claims roadmaps, pricing, and launch planning.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize value based on market trends and regulatory requirements; continuously optimize strategy via competitor analysis and customer insights.
•Drive product launch plans and support regional launches by developing local go-to-market strategies with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective market entry; provide insights to regional marketing and sales teams.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 139,000 - 223,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience with a bachelor’s degree or 12+ years without a bachelor’s degree
•Medical device experience is required
•Integrated experience across hardware, SaaS, and PaaS is a plus; enterprise software product management experience is a plus
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or related field (or 4 additional years of related work experience)
•Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10-20%
