Job Summary

Provide on-site and phone troubleshooting, repair, and installation support for Epiroc equipment to minimize downtime, reduce costs, and support product capabilities. Maintain tool inventory and complete daily customer or supervisor assignments. Apply mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills while supporting warranty claim processing and adhering to safety and environmental requirements. Progress through Level 1–3 responsibilities including subject matter expertise and rebuilding components to OEM specifications.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain compliance by regularly reviewing and updating personal tool inventory on a quarterly basis.
•Complete daily work assignments from the customer or supervisor.
•Troubleshoot, identify problems, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems either by phone or on site.
•Support warranty policy and process warranty claim reports in the field; validate and evaluate claims and submit service reports (Level 2+).
•Adhere to safety and environmental requirements, using PPE correctly and promoting proper safety procedures.

Key Requirements

•Basic computer skills and familiarity with Epiroc equipment, with experience demonstrating strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read basic hydraulic and 24-volt schematics.
•Possess own hand tools and maintain/expand a personal tool inventory per required tool list.
•Complete TL1 and TL2 training and Safe Start Modules 1-5 within the first year (or per Level requirements).
•Maintain required US Department of Labor, Mine Safety & Health Administration (MSHA) training certificates (or complete training to obtain them by required dates).
•Maintain a valid driver’s license and ability to travel (including possible commercial vehicle requirements where applicable).
