Key Responsibilities

•Act as primary financial advisor to the VP, Manufacturing, providing data-driven insights and robust modeling for capacity planning, customer profitability, and market expansion
•Lead strategic financial modeling to support ramp, expansion, and commercialization of Crusoe Spark modular AI factories
•Translate operational drivers into P&L impacts and actionable recommendations for margins and efficiency
•Oversee monthly/quarterly reviews, budget variance analysis, and prepare performance narratives for executives, board, and investors
•Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate standard costing, inventory valuation, and cost driver insights to guide investment decisions

Key Requirements

•8+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in manufacturing, hardware, or capital-intensive infrastructure
•MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred; CFA or CPA a plus but not required
•Strong expertise in strategic financial modeling, long-range planning, and capital investment analysis (NPV, IRR, scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis)
•Experience building business cases and investment frameworks for new product lines, geographic expansion, or large-scale capital programs
•Excellent Excel modeling skills and familiarity with FP&A tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive) and cross-functional partnership responsibilities
