Key Responsibilities

  • •Uses audit procedures to conduct on-site audits and reconcilations of assigned field audits.
  • •Performs/leads more difficult audits, including multi-auditor and takeover audits for new clients.
  • •Conducts physical inspections of inventory and compiles/verifies floor plan data and titles for accuracy.
  • •Reports final audit results and any noncompliance or problem situations to management, and escalates irregularities immediately.
  • •Identifies and reports additional dealer news/issues to appropriate portfolio/credit management; handles travel arrangements, expense reporting, and time tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Auto Finance or Audit.
  • •Communicate clearly and concisely with dealership office and sales management teams.
  • •Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • •Familiarity with tablet-based, auditing software and equipment (preferred).
